DELIVERY & RETURNS
Kate Hunter's jewellery is handmade to order so delivery can take up to three weeks. If you'd like something for a specific occasion and you're unsure about delivery times please email and Kate who will do her best to work to your time frame.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your parcel tracking number.
Delivery costs £7.50 per order or Free for orders over £200.
We use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service which will deliver your item before 1pm the next working day after it is dispatched. Your parcel will require a signature upon receipt.
Delivery costs £14.00 per order.
We use Royal Mail’s International Tracked & Signed service and delivery times are approx 5 - 9 working days from the date of dispatch. Your parcel will require a signature upon receipt.
International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks. Any import duties, sales taxes or other customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange or refund an item, please return it to us in its original, unworn condition within 14 days of receipt. Once the returned item has been inspected you will be notified by email as to whether your refund has been approved. Refunds are made via the same payment method you used online.
Exempt from any exchange or refund are bespoke pieces and items that have been customised unless the item is faulty.
Please note that the original postage costs are non-refundable and we do not accept any responsibility for the return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. We recommend that you return items using a delivery service that insures you to the full value of the goods, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.
If you choose to cancel your order please email us at email@example.com. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been dispatched as we are unable to redirect it. In this instance please follow our returns instructions in the ‘Returns and Exchanges’ section upon receipt.
Late and Lost Deliveries
Please contact us if your delivery is late or does not arrive. If an item is not delivered, there is a 20 working days waiting period from original despatch (30 days for international items) before Royal Mail will classify a parcel as lost and from when a replacement can be produced.
Items not received but tracked as being delivered - Please note that we do not refund or replace items that have a tracked status of delivered. You can check the signature of the person that has signed for the parcel, by entering your tracking number on the Royal Mail website. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
