3.3 Subject to these terms and conditions you agree to purchase and we agree to sell the goods in accordance with the order confirmation.

4. DESCRIPTION AND PRICE OF THE GOODS
4.1 All prices are displayed in pounds sterling.
4.2 The weights and dimensions shown on the website are approximate only.
4.3 If an error in any of the details on the order is found we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.

5. PAYMENT
5.1 Payment for the goods shall be made when you place your order. 
5.2 When placing an order via our website you will be asked to complete your payment details. You must complete all fields indicated as compulsory. Please note we will only use your details in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.3 All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer.
5.4 If we cannot supply you with your order, we will not process your order. We will inform you of this in writing (including e-mail) and if you have already paid, we will refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.

6. DELIVERY & RETURNS
6.1 The estimated date of delivery will be as set out in the Delivery and Returns section of the site, but we will not have any liability for a failure to deliver by the estimated date of delivery.

7.1 You must check the goods on delivery. If goods are delivered damaged or faulty you must inform us within 7 days of delivery. If you do not inform us within 7 days we shall have no liability for damaged or faulty goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7.2 You will be responsible for the goods once delivery is made.
